Elesolar Company Ltd, founded in 1981 by Mr. Paul Abela, with its years of active and significant presence in the local market, gained a deserved reputation as a leading Building Engineering Services Contracting Company, having employed an average of 85 full time technical staff.
Elesolar Company Ltd was involved and contributed to a number of major private and National landmark projects which were undertaken during that time in Malta. In 2000, Elesolar Company Ltd shifted its core business from the building Engineering Services sector and moved to a more specialized and growing business sector, relating to the Oil & Gas Offshore Industry. This move was followed up by the setting up of two companies in 2001, Ableman International Limited a wholly owned Company which specialized in Human Resource Management, and Manticare Ltd, a jointly owned Company which specialized in the Maintenance, Engineering and Logistics for the Oil and Gas Offshore Industry with particular focus on the provision of these services to Drilling Contractors.
In the light of these opportunities, Elesolar Company Ltd has commenced to trim down over a period of time its Building Engineering Services Operations. Today, Elesolar Company Limited is the sole owner of Ablecare Oilfield Services Group operating from the Elesolar Premises at UB22 Industrial Estate San Gwann Malta.
